Homemade Lemon Steak Recipe

Lemon Steak makes a sensational meal.
It is an easy recipe to make.
The taste of beef and lemon is great, serve it with vegetables.

Lemon Steak Ingredients:
lemon juice
grated lemon rind
garlic minced
boneless steak
mushroom (for mushroomsoup)
cucumber
some flavorings

Lemon Steak Method:

1. Trim fat off the steak and cut into serving size pieces.

2. Soak the steak in 1 Tbls black pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 of the crushed garlic cloves & 2 lemon slices.

3. Peel the lemon, Chop the lemon skin & garlic then juicing the lemon.

4. When ready to fry, put in a tsp of butter and the steak were soaked, into the frying pan & place the burner on a medium heat.

5. After the pan is hot, place the steak in the pan ontop of the remaining lemon slices.

6. Fry until meat is no longer pink inside and browned on both sides.

7. Remove the steak from the pan onto a plate and fry the onions in the juices and oil still in the pan.

8. Serve the steak with the onions placed on top.

Serving suggestion:

Serve with mashed potatoes and petite peas and a side dish of applesauce
